Please remember pictures are taken to give a general idea of the products on a model. Colors may vary in person. Rustic Roots purchases clothes from many different vendors, sizing does vary. Feel free to contact us with questions before placing your order. Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. When we fulfill online orders if an item is out-of-stock we will notify you through email as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Before returning, please verify that your item is eligible for a return.
If you do not love your purchase, we understand! We will give you a store credit.
ALL item(s) MUST have tags attached and be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed. We do not accept items that show signs of with deodorant stains, makeup stains, or odor.
If you are returning an item, the shipping is at buyers' expense for the return of the item.
You can return items by coming into the store or by shipping them back to the store.

We would suggest sending it by a carrier that gives you a tracking number just in case something is to happen with shipping.
All shoe boxes must be in resale condition, not damaged, and no wear on the bottom of the shoes.
Bralettes are NOT eligible for returns.
Accessories are NOT eligible for returns.
All sale items are FINAL SALE! No exceptions.
Damages
We inspect all clothes that come in, but sometimes we overlook things. If there is a defect in your clothing, take a picture and notify us by email with the picture within 48 hours of receiving your item.
We are NOT responsible for what happens after washing an item. We encourage you to look at tags and follow care instructions. All graphics should be washed inside out.
Shipping & Local Pickup
We typically ship the same day if your order is placed before 3PM. After 3PM orders will ship out next business day.
All shipping cost are non-refundable.

Do you need your order faster?
Don't worry, if you place an order, you can have it as little as 1 to 2 business days. We try to process them soon as possible when we are open, but we do ask to give us one to two business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be pick up.
Items will be located at the store (1927 B Ledo Road Albany, GA 31707). Orders must be picked up within 30 Days from fulfillment date. If orders are not picked up within 30 days, items will be returned to inventory and no refund will be issued.
If you can't pick up your order within that time frame, please send us an email and we will gladly ship the order to you.
